I know how hard it is to have everything you thought was Truth with a capital 't' crumble from beneath you.

 

In 2013, my belief and understanding in my Mormon faith was shaken and I have never been the same. It was a painful and daunting process to try and pick up the pieces and figure out my place in this wide universe.

But I came out the other end with a deeper and more profound understanding of God's love and my capacity to be love.

 

I help clients who have experienced this unsettling disruption of beliefs recalibrate their faith with their own freedom and exploration, unattached to expectations, obligations or unrealistic perfectionist ideals.
